Paying $200/month for Pro — model regression has been broken for days with zero response

I opened issue #24539 several days ago documenting a serious quality regression in xhigh and there's still no assignee, no acknowledgment, nothing.

I'm a Pro user paying $200/month. At that price I expect at minimum someone from the team to say "we're aware of this." The model currently ignores instructions, keeps reintroducing changes that were already corrected, and loses context mid-task. It's not usable for real work right now.

Is there anyone actually triaging these? Is there a proper support channel for Pro users that I'm missing? Because this is not how you treat paying customers.
