Feature Request: WhatsApp-style multi-select export and Unique Message IDs for targeted context transfer

Hello,
As an active user, I face severe efficiency loss when the chat token limit is reached. The current "New Chat" and "Side Chat" options do not fix this, as they either paste text into the current room or carry over the heavy existing context.

To improve UX, I propose two major enhancements for context management:

1. WhatsApp-Style Multi-Select Export

• Problem: No way to selectively transfer scattered key messages to a fresh chat window.
• Request: Add checkboxes next to messages. Allow users to select specific messages and click an "Export Selected to a New Chat Room" button. This should launch a completely clean session using only those selected messages as the new baseline context.

2. Unique Message IDs for Internal Referencing

• Problem: Users must manually scroll up, copy, and paste old answers to ask follow-up questions (e.g., "Regarding your previous answer...").
• Request: Assign a unique, copyable ID to every message (e.g., #msg-01, #msg-02). Users should be able to type "Explain option B in #msg-04" directly in the prompt, allowing the AI to look up and isolate that specific message context instantly.
