Codex Cloud code review is extremely slow

I don't know if this is the right place for this, but when I use the Codex Cloud code review and try to leave comments, my computer gets stuck between each keystroke and this seems very unusual for my MacBook Pro M3 Pro... I think that there must be a bug there. I am using Arc if that makes any difference
