Remember user preference by suggesting changes to .codex/AGENTS.md

It would be cool if Codex asks to add preferences to the project AGENTS.md file or the general md file, so it does not not rely on the user maintaining it.

Thanks for the suggestion. If you'd like to file a feature request, please use the main issue tracker. The Codex team generally prioritizes features based on community feedback, and we use upvotes on feature requests as a prioritization signal.
