Show full file path on editor view code diff

What feature would you like to see?

I'm kind of new to codex plugin for vscode. On the review changes page, do we have option to set fullname (full path up the project root) as the default? Currently it is only the filename, and I need to hover to it to view the full path. I want the full path as my default behaviour.
