Updated the configuration guide so it matches the current CLI behavior. Clarified the platform-specific default model, explained how custom model-providers interact with bundled ones, refreshed the streamable HTTP/MCP section with accurate guidance on the RMCP client and OAuth flag, and removed stale keys from the reference table.
