When calling write tool in fullscreen confirmation not shown.

I have a widget open in fullscreen and prompt to make an update via tool call. The tool call stays in "pending" mode because there is no prompt visible to approve the tool call:

Only after I exit fullscreen is the confirmation screen shown:

+1, this is terrible UX. You have to exit out of fullscreen to even see that its waiting for you to click confirm.
