background refresh for new actions(tools) and schema

Currently when I make a change in my tool registry (add, delete) and/or the expected output, client(ChatGPT) still sees the old version. There is a manual refresh button in UI but it'd be quite useful if we can get a background refresh for connected apps before production.

When I changed a schema without backwards compatibility (why should I rn), model was quite clever enough to change the json and use expected schema after receiving error from the server but obviously not an ideal scenario :)

After talking with the team, there is no plan to change this at the moment. The refresh button has been made more accessible a few days after the initial ship, but we don't plan on adding background refresh as this is by design. Thanks for the suggestion though!
