Huawei devices are not bootloader unlockable anymore, making it impossible to flash a custom rom, so this has no chance of getting support from this project sadly.

So the bootloader loads the OS and checks for huaweis signature to ensure the official rom is loaded. When you unlock the bootloader the signature check is disabled so that custom roms can boot.
This was the official way of doing things back in the day, but huawei just took down the service to retrieve the unlock codes.

There is however an unofficial way of doing things, that doesnt work on your device, cuz it is too new.
