- Make rv_list module public - Add Serialize, Clone derives to ReferenceValueListPayload, ReferenceValueListItem, ReferenceValueProvenanceInfo, ReferenceValueProvenanceSource, and ReferenceValueOperation - Make Provenance fields public and add Debug, Clone derives
Remove optional=true from eventlog crate dependency since sample verifier requires eventlog functionality. Also remove eventlog from tdx-verifier and csv-verifier features as it's now always enabled.
