From my perspective this is ready. The print style is very different from the previous two column one but usable - unsure whether that todo is still open intentionally.
I took the liberty to add small changes to the new introduction text - The most debatable is the exchange of "gefährlich" by "bedrohlich" in the first paragraph - I was hesitant at first put quite some thought into that and think it' mandated.

Remove the theme and all dependencies, as well as bootstrap. Inline the required fontawesome SVGs, nothing more. Restyle all the CSS manually. Nice pure-CSS menu, better mobile layout, better layout overall. Clean up SCSS.
