`atLeastOneVideo` config setting is ignored for single videos

When I have a single video with an audio track and the config parameter atLeastOneVide is set to false I'm not able to deselect the video in the track selection to produce an audio only publication. If I go to the "Tracks" section the message "Track selection is disabled for this video, because at least two tracks are required to deselect any." is displayed:

If I use the editor with a dual track video, I'm able to deselect both videos:

I am not sure if this is related, the track selection is displayed for dual track videos, but does not work as expected. I can deselect one or both videos but afterwards, in the publication I always have both videos.
When I go back to the Editor after I have saved my settings and/or the event was published, the chechbox "Customize track selection" is always deactivated. It looks like this information is not saved.

Did a brief test with the current develop branch against stable.opencast.org, with atLeastOneVideo set to false. It worked as expected for me I think.

Furthermore, it seems to me like you are on an outdated version of the track selection. If i set atLeastOneVideo to true, I don't get the warning you are seeing (the message also is not in the codebase anymore). It looks like this instead.

Hi Arne, I checked our build again and also tested this locally with the configuration you showed me.
I fetched my remotes and checked out develop and did "npm ci" and "npm start" with this configuration:

I see the same text as Sascha, that "at least two tracks has to be present". Could you please take another look if this is some sort of caching issue maybe?

I ran a check on 2 videos that I uploaded to https://develop.opencast.org/ with the editor provided here: https://editor.opencast.org/develop/. I encountered the same issues. Please check the following links:

Can confirm, I also encounter the same issue on develop.opencast.org.

However, if I point the current develop branch of the editor to the same videos on develop.opencast.org, it works the same as in my earlier comment. Which tells me that we really should cut another editor release and get that into Opencast.

I had an issue with my local repository which made me run outdated code. Terribly sorry for the confusion I have caused here. PR #1606 should solve this issue.
