Adding times to waveform

Professional editing software will usually display time codes as part of the progress bar/waveform/track selector. For example, here is a screenshot from Audacity:

This is quite useful for navigation, and it would be nice if we could add something like this as well. Maybe right above the waveform:

I like this idea. We should also add timecodes for the timeline in other places, such as the subtitle editor.
