What does this PR do?
Adds docs, scripts, manifests to run evals on K8s. I've tested on OpenShift and local Kind cluster. I will maintain these once they are in!
note PR adds MLflow as an optional dependency (clawbench[mlflow]). This is to enable automated logging of benchmark results (scores,params, artifacts) to an MLflow tracking server after K8s eval runs.
