Feature Request: Support for Subtasks

I must say, this tool is remarkable. I noticed I was using the Type to Siri feature as a CLI, essentially, and I wanted something a bit more pure.

I would love support for adding subtasks to reminders.

Perhaps a command similar to the following: remindctl subtask "fill in stuff here"

The default behavior could append subtasks to the last created reminder.

There should be an optional parameter, allowing the user to select another reminder.

Thanks for the kind words and the feature request. I checked this while triaging PR #17.

Current EventKit does not expose real Reminders subtasks: no public parent/subtask API in the SDK headers, and the current runtime does not respond to the likely parent/subtask selectors. The existing PR fallback would only write metadata into reminder notes, not create real Apple Reminders subtasks.

Closing as not planned for the current EventKit-backed design. If Apple exposes a public API later, this would be worth revisiting.
