Should we download eso gsp metadata

Detailed Description

We currently pull metadata from eso live every time.
This is good that we always have the most up to date info.
This is bad if the site goes down
This is bad if data changes drasticially.

Possible Implementation

Try to download new data, but if not used cached data, and update cached data if download is possible

Good point! Yes, I think we should download the data. So we can be sure that the data stays exactly the same unless we explicitly download new data :)
