Sync gets stuck in "Queued" (v3.0.0-beta.5)

This is related to #578 which does not seem to be entirely fixed in v3.0.0-beta.5 (at least on macOS):

After some time (e.g. moving between networks, hibernating, etc.) changes in the folders are not reliably synced anymore but the client somehow enters a "Queued" state (and the queue is never executed).

I'll try to replicate this (which is not too easy, since restarting OpenCloud Desktop Beta fixes this for a while).

I've just installed 3.0.1 on Linux and got stuck again in "Queued"

I had a LibreOffice file open, that had created a lock file. I've closed the file, the lock file disappeared and in the file viewer of Ubuntu, I've copied (not moved) the file to an other location. Something in that steps confused the client.

Now I've copied the Opencloud log file into the Opencloud sync folder and the client came good again

Just today this problem surfaced again, after changing networks and suspending the system multiple times. I cannot really reproduce it, since it happens after some time. Pausing and unpausing helped this time (if I remember correctly, this did not have an effect last time). Unfortunately I switched off logging again, but will now enable it again and see if I catch this issue again.
