Collabora: No option to accept the self-signed certificate

Steps to reproduce

1. follow https://docs.opencloud.eu/docs/admin/getting-started/docker-compose (or any other guide integrading collabora)
2. create a new odt document
3. you ocan not open the document / start collabora: certificate error.
4. No option to accept the self-signed certificate as described here: https://docs.opencloud.eu/docs/admin/resources/common-issues#accept-self-signed-certificates

Expected behavior

• browser should provide an option to option to accept the self-signed certificate

Actual behavior

• No option to accept the self-signed certificate

Solution

1. enter collabora.opencloud.test in the browser Adress bar <-- this needs to be documented. I'd opt to not this step explicitly inline in the guide (not only on the "know issues" page)
2. accept risk as described in https://docs.opencloud.eu/docs/admin/resources/common-issues#accept-self-signed-certificates

asessing as P2 as almost every collabora user will encounter this "bug" and there is no workaround.

Do you think it is better in the Collabora part or in the docker compose part?

I think it is better in the Collabora part and we link on it in the docker compose part.

For now I would write it in the docker compose till we have the Collabora @tbsbdr

I'd say it does not fit into the config part because this error only occurs if you have self-signed certs for testing. so I'd talk about it in the Docker compose part and where ever this error occurs.
