Unify New+Upload Button

As a user I want to make as few as possible decisions so that I don't have to think.

User Value

• don't make the user think

Acceptance Criteria

• remove upload-button
• Rename "New" button to "Create or upload"
• Add options to "Create or upload"
  • Files Upload
  • Folder Upload
• provide new icons for file & folder upload so that they can be better distinguished from the option "create new folder" @db-ot could you please find fitting icons?

Note:

the menu gets quite long and needs to be shortened / cascaded somehow. that will be part of another story.
