Bug Description

The native scrollbar is an eyesore in dark theme.

Firefox is cool. No issues there.

Reproduction Steps

Use chrome or chromium based browsers (tested with v146).
It can affect anywhere with a scrollbar like directories with many files, groups or the photo roll.

Expected Outcome

it can be fixed by setting the dark/light color-scheme globally.
alternatively, onedrive adapts the scrollbar style with ::-webkit-scrollbar.
