Left sidebar doesn't scroll

Bug Description

When I have a very small viewport height, the left sidebar gets cut off.

Reproduction Steps

1. Use a mobile phone in landscape orientation or a similar viewport in browser devtools
2. Go to demo.opencloud.eu and login
3. Only see a few menu items (on my phone the menu is cut off and not scrollable after "Shares")

Expected Outcome

If my viewport is too small, I can scroll the left sidebar

Actual Outcome

I can't scroll the left sidebar
