[Uganda project - Technoforte team] - Implement Police Station Mapping During Police Officer User Creation

Summary

Add a Police Station dropdown during user creation for the Police Officer role, similar to the existing Health Facility dropdown available for the Health Facility Administrator role. This will allow each police officer to be associated with a specific police station, enabling automatic population of the assigned police station in the Notifier Details page.

Current Observation

1. There is currently no option to select or assign a police station when creating a user with the Police Officer role.

2. Police officers are not associated with any police station in the system.

3. The Notifier Details page does not automatically populate the officer's assigned police station.

Expected Behavior

• When creating a user with the Police Officer role, a Police Station dropdown should be displayed.

• The dropdown should contain all police station names.

• The assigned police station should auto-populate in the notifier details page.
