OpenDCL 10.1.1.1 Realeased

A new development build of OpenDCL Studio and Runtime is available: 10.1.1.1.

This major version (10.x) reflects substantial modernization of the product build. The packaging is new, but functionality and behavior should remain unchanged. Feedback is welcome if anything looks wrong, behaves differently, or breaks a project that worked before.
