In View Answer Data, the steps don’t reflect what I see.

In Report All Learners’ Answer Submissions Section, in step 2, there is no 'Data Download'

In Download the Student Answer Distribution Report Section, there is no 'Data Download'

This is because you did not have the Data Researcher role. This has been addressed by #1003 but this page still needs to be tested.
