Hi @Vishwajit-Herma - when you fill out the form on http://openedx.org/cla, you will receive an email to the provided email address with a form that you need to open and submit a signature on. Could you kindly fill out the form again (and make sure your email is correct)? Then, check your email (be sure to look in spam) for the email with the form to sign. Thank you!

No, I have got the document to get signed and I signed it and also currently my document status shows completed.
