Course outline sidebar content is not synced with Studio

Issue:
When I add or remove a Subsection/Unit in Studio, the result is not reflected in the LMS outline sidebar.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to the course outline page in Studio
Add a unit, add a component to that unit so it has some actual content in it.
View the unit live and check the navigation sidebar, the unit name is not showing.

Suggestion:
Update the course outline is triggered by automatically in Studio (or manually by admin), during this process, the outline sidebar data cache will also be renewed.

I'd like to take this on. It seems the LMS sidebar isn’t updating after changes in Studio—likely a caching or sync issue. I’ll investigate and look into options for auto-refresh or a manual cache trigger.

@vunguyen-dmt I tried to reproduce this issue locally but couldn’t. Could you please confirm whether you published the content from Studio after adding the unit? As far as I know, we need to publish the unit every time we make changes, right? Also, are you using the frontend-app-learning MFE to view the outline sidebar? I’m using it to visualize the sidebar on my end.

Hi, this issue still persists on ULMO. Does any one have an update about this? or if is this fixed on VERAWOOD?
