Thanks for tackling this! I think we might need to recreate these changes manually judging by the complaints in the Python dependencies check. 😐 |

Description
This upgrades the social-auth-app-django application to the latest version which includes a security fix. This PR backports the change to redwood.
Operators should update to this version of the edx-platform if they are using auth via social media sites eg. "Login with Google, Facebook, etc." features.
The change has a migration of the social auth tables which changes the type of the primary key. If those tables are sufficiently small or empty you shouldn't have any issues but if they're bigger, you may need to take downtime to apply the migration.
