This tool lets us find repos in the org that should be running Python requirements upgrades but they are either failing or not being merged.
Someday I'd like to run it in CI using the --check and --weeks options, so that we can keep all repos up to date, but currently there are 54 repos that have the workflow but haven't merged a PR in 12 wks.
Co-Authored with Claude Sonnet 4.5, manually reviewed, fixed, and tested the output.
