Example `env.config.jsx` for `brand-sample` doesn't work anymore

The jsdelivr URL relied on dist being checked in, and that was removed in #35.

If publishing to npm is the plan then I'll be able to update the README to reference that once we're publishing there, or we can just add dist back and I can update the jsdelivr URLs to use brand-sample instead of brand.
