Scrollbar button and track unusable because it drags the window #430
Description
When having several accounts on the account list, a scrollbar appears. Clicking on the scroll bar buttons or the track doesn't let users interact with it, it lets the user drag the entire window instead.
I tried to fiddle with div::-webkit-scrollbar or .box::-webkit-scrollbar in
