Description
Add instructions to use a local registry with the function builder on faasd.
Motivation and Context
Use a local registry instead of ttl.sh. Shows users how to setup and use a local registry with faasd and improves performance while exploring the function builder by eliminating the slow ttl.sh registry.
How Has This Been Tested?
The setup and all instructions have been tested on a slicer VM running faasd on Rocky Linux.
