N/A Average and Max Vote Representation #173
Description
Currently, we are representing N/A as -1 and Information Needed as 0.
We've run into scenarios while testing when everyone selects N/A or Information Needed it displayed inaccurate averages and max.
We should review this, and discuss with the design team what should display there... example showing 0 for average or max, OR N/A if there is a consensus.
