Alliance icon stretching/disappearing

Describe the bug
When multiple icons are displayed, some icons, like the alliance icon, get squished and become hard to see.
This also happens when you are allied with the crown.
Nuking someone should also do the same thing.
Sometimes, the alliance icon completely disappears.

To Reproduce
Ally a nation, have the nation become a traitor, and be be trade banned by that nation, or a combination. See stretched/disappeared icon.

Expected behavior
Alliance icon should be the same size and aspect ratio.
