Currently, the username filtering system is only available in English, and insults in other languages are possible, as here (German word for son of a whore).
Expected behavior:
Insults, regardless of the language, will be censored or completely blogged.
Ideally, the new moderation system should also be able to handle non-ASCII characters (as is usually the case with multilingual moderation systems), so that user names can be relaxed to Unicode (e.g., only certain blocks) in the future
