Add browser notification when game starts if tab not active

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Lobby wait times can be up to 2 minutes now which is a long time. Often a game can be missed after joining if you go to another tab while waiting.

Option to have a browser notification when a game starts.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Checking the tab or sitting and waiting a long time but it's slow
