Add Map Copping Block

Purpose

Add new map the Chopping Block.

For a New Map

• Approximately 1600x1600 and less than 1.5mil land tiles total
• 32 primary nations, ~45 secondary nation names
• Arcade style. Has been edited since last showing to slow game down. Game was designed around slightly unstable structures, but four of them were combined to make a more stable whole. Each of the four corners has an advantage towards their centers and disadvantage towards the fringes. This requires players to be on top of their border control as continued pushes could cause a runaway.
• Setup for 2 and 4 teams games.
