• OGC API - Processes @pvretano @bpross-52n

From here, we will assess and determine in relation to OGC API - Common as well specifying Pub/Sub workflow in dedicated extensions in the above APIs.

@tomkralidis I hope there is a presumption that there will not be too many extensions - not very interoperable! I would prefer that the plan had something along the lines of the differing APIs agree some commonality which becomes an extension.
