piphas long served us well. However, the integrity ofuvfor virtual environment, build tools, package management and more makes it much nicer replacement. Also it aligns with the initiative across the QField ecosystem to swtich touv.Also a little cleanup around the tests - we remove the
docker-composedependency and make use of simpledockercommands only.
