[OpenJS Ops] Collab Space --> Working Group

Hello Security Collab Space!

The CPC has decided to change the term "collab space" to "working group" across the Foundation. It would be great if we could have some volunteers to make these changes in the Security Collab Space (Working Group) repo. Feel free to make the changes as you see them. If you have any questions, let me know.
