[4.] Improve visibility of errors and failures in batch processing #31
Description
When data is not being sent to the server, or is failing on the server, it is extremely difficult to diagnose why and debug the issues, and understand what data is failing and why.
When demoing the tools on stage, it should be easy to diagnose and resolve issues, and tell what state the system is in by looking at the contents of the .ideaflow directory.
Common Scenarios:
Bad ids in data files causing files to not be sent.
Can't connect to server.
Server used to be in a bad state, but now it's okay.
