Understand the Task

Description

In order to achieve the goals defined in #550, we should discuss the technical implementation and put it into writing.

Goal is to streamline and simplify the bootstapping for operators and contritbutros.

Topics to be covered:

• OCM and Kro for deployment
• In-cluster configuration (no dependency on git repository)
• Immutable infrastructure (replace on upgrade)
• Removal of workload clusters
• Similar concepts: Gardener Seed clusters

Any further valuable resources.
