Updates the hawkBit image from version
1.0.0to1.0.31.0.1fixes an issue I ran into where stopping/deleting a rollout would fail and throw SQL errors.For release notes see: https://hawkbit.eclipse.dev/#/release-notes
Tested the updated image locally, and works as expected. The stuck rollout that I had also was properly deleted by hawkBit.
