Update alpine-apk to Alpine 3.21

Hello,

are there any plans to base the alpine-apk image on Alpine 3.21 (as the alpine image)? Alpine 3.18 will be EOL in 2 months. That would be great!

The alpine-apk follows OpenResty upstream APK package. Once they support it, we will publish it in Docker images.

We do rebuild earlier version images when minor Alpine updates happen. But if you want newer Alpine versions, then you must use the build-from-source alpine flavors.

I tried to use the alpine flavor. The resulting size of the image is about 50 MB whereas alpine-apk is just about 10 MB. Why is this? Does the alpine variant include optional packages which could be omitted?
