The setup is rather complicated and fragile, unfortunately, as it requires both
@openrewrite/rewriteand@openrewrite/rewrite-remoteto be "installed" usingnpm link. Additionally, to make sure both packages end up using the same code at runtime, the tests need to import the sources from thedistfolder. Hopefully this can still be simplified.
