Include java.version and classpath in parser construction errors

Summary

• Improves the IllegalStateException message thrown when versioned Java parsers (8, 11, 17, 21, 25) fail to construct

• Now includes java.version and the resolved classpath in the error message, making it easier to diagnose missing classpath entries or JDK version mismatches

• Closes Improve exception feedback when "Unable to construct Java21Parser" #7360

Nice! @timtebeek maybe we should add a briefly explanation in the exception message instructing the user to look at classpath. I really like the approach I'm seeing LST contains missing or invalid type information in my recipe unit tests. How to resolve? where the user is redirect to a page with detail information about the issue. WDYT?
