lxml installation

Hi @data-team,
I need lxml to be installed since I ran into an error in reading .html files. The error is lxml not found, please install it, and you can find it in the hosp_inf_pred workspace and it appears when I run generate_notebook_aggregate_cox_hrs_betas job. It would also be needed for generate_notebook_aggregate_cox_hrs_antibiotics and generate_notebook_aggregate_cox_cis jobs. Without running these jobs I would need to request for hundreds of single .html files to be released, which is not preferred. Replicated this locally, and I think it's a valid issue, and we should add lxml
