Requirement to suggest the technical key reference upon project creation based on IEC 81346 structuring principles

Requirement:
As an OpenSCD user I would like get a suggestion from the tool upon adding multiple elements like Substation, Voltage Level, Bay level, IEDs in a project

Suggestion:
Upon creation of a new project it would be great to have a suggestion from the tool like below example from ABB PCM600 plant structure,

I mean the suggestion/Guess content should be relevant for the user based on the Standardized(IEC 81346) way of creating project,

What I understand: their should be an option to name SCL objects according to IEC 81346. E.g. have the name starting with a letter for the voltage indication.
