deb package contains libraries that should be dependencies

AI got it wrong again.

The deb package now (correctly) contains libsod.so.1 but also (incorrectly) contains libllhttp, libsqlite3, libuv libraries. These libraries should be in dependencies list instead.

The lightnvr binary is still incorrectly linked with libsqlite3.so instead of libsqlite3.so.0.
