HTTP Service Modules not reloaded when HTTP Server reloads

Description

Updating any configuration in the default HTTP Server breaks (prevents start of) all other HTTP service modules. Since the Admin UI module is an HTTP service module, you cannot enter the Admin UI after updating the default HTTP Server configuration.

This feature was broken by commit d3bd4a42567ad3f83570d9236ec39f166ed84ac6.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Launch OSH node
2. Go to "Network" -> "HTTP Server"
3. Update "Module Name" to anything (ex: "test")
4. Click "Apply Changes"
5. Try to open /sensorhub/admin
