Process Admin Panel

This addition allows user to configure the process xml within the admin interface.

@kalynstricklin @nickgaray I haven't looked at all the details added to ProcessAdminPanel and ProcessFlowDiagram but since it's not used in PROD yet, I trust you guys for testing the various new features.

That said, @earocorn had made comments that are not marked as resolved so you may want to check with him and do another pass on these.

@earocorn @kalynstricklin We can merge this but did you look into the flow diagram part so we can have a graphical view of the process chain ?

I looked at the flow diagram class, but it was a bit too complicated to get it to work.

I was hoping that in the new admin panel, we would have some easier-to-use JavaScript library that communicates with an admin/processing API.
